ACP Olasukunmi, Commences Visitation Tour To Divisions Under Ughelli Area Command

 

ASSISTANT Commissioner of Police attached to the Ughelli Area Command, ACP Olasukumni Musiliu, has commenced familiarization tour and  inspection of divisions under the command with a charge to officers and men of the force to be dedicated in discharging their duties.
He gave this charge to Police officers attached to Otu-Jeremi and Orogun divisions in Ughelli North and South Local Government Areas while kicking starting the familiarization tour and inspection visitation.
Speaking during the tour of inspection at Otu-Jeremi and Orogun divisions, ACP Olasukumni Musiliu, who was accompanied by Admin Officer Ughelli Area Command, Supol Greg Ehikhamenor, and other senior officers called for more support from communities under the division for effective policing.

According to him, “My coming here is to get you motivated in carrying your policing duties and I am glad that the both divisions are doing their best to reduce crime to the barest minimum.
“Since I came in, I have not heard of any negative reports from here rather than commending the  communities for their support for the police.”
“I want to us this opportunity to appeal to our communities for their continued support and collaboration with the police to create a better society free from crime and criminals.
“Security business is not just for security agents only, it is for everyone and our communities should not relent in assisting and supporting armed forces.”
At the palace of the Okobaro Otu-jeremi in Ughelli South Local Government Area, ACP who commended the monarch for supporting the police said, I came to appreciate you for your support anytime my men call upon you
On herdsmen, ACP Olasukunmi Musuliu said, “We are aware of the movement within Ughelli North and South and we have discussed with leaders.
“And with the support of the former Area Commander, we know their location and we are closing on them and I want to assure that very soon, they will become a thing of the past.
Again I want parents to caution their children against the use of hard drugs that has become a major issue affecting the youths that we called leaders of tomorrow.”
